Museum Location

The future site of the Kansas City Quilt Museum is perfectly located in the up-and-coming Legends Area of Kansas City, KS. The museum will be close to the Legends Shopping Center, Kansas Speedway, Sporting Park, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and other local attractions.

The future museum location is directly across the street from the (now closed) Schlitterbahn Water Park, which is the future site for new hotels, restaurants, and housing.

The future museum location is at a major crossroads in the KC Metro; the intersection of Interstate 70 and Interstate 435.

We expect this future location to attract 100,000 visitors per year!
